The majority of online companies such as Ryanair, edirectory, Google, Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo, MSN, Altavista etc. do not offer ANY telephone support, this is part of the new economy and is necessary to cut down costs so that customers can benefit by lower prices.
Indeed, we think you will find it increasingly difficult to contact many UK companies whether internet based or not;
unless of course they have a call centre in India or similar place where labour costs are considerably lower
We have however tried to reach a compromise and offer a limited service but this is really geared up
to pre sales enquiries and not customer service or support because often these type of issues cannot be resolved over the telephone and need to be notified in
writing anyway so that each party has a formal, dated, traceable copy of the correspondence

phone but we never have marketed our selves as a one on one sales company, our forte is the best possible QUALITY products, the biggest range and extremely competitive prices from a fast efficient 24/7 service all year round

England Mainland Delivery (Fri 07/01/2005 @ 08:17 AM)
Standard delivery is usually within 3 / 6 WORKING days (but please allow ten) and typically costs £11.75 (including VAT), the exact carriage charge is calculated at the checkout according to items ordered and destination. Urgent delivery is the next working day if ordered before MIDDAY on any working day, after that time orders are dispatched the following morning.
We will attempt to dispatch orders quicker than this but no guarantees can be made. We recommend you phone for advice on late orders
It is the buyers responsibility to examine goods carefully on arrival before signing the carriers ticket
Saturday and AM deliveries are usually possible but are charged extra
Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout but is usually less than the extra discount that we give you when you order online
IF we need to adjust payments up or down your agreement will be requested before the order is processed and any money is debited.

We can now deliver most of our range to Wales on standard delivery most orders cost £12.00 + VAT. Sometimes delivery is surcharged BUT you will be consulted before being charged or goods dispatched. Deliveries do take an extra day or two longer for some areas

We can now deliver most of our range to Scotland (Mainland) on standard delivery most order cost £12.00 + VAT.
