Expensive?

Originally I thouught this was expensive but it fitted my needs, when it arrived and I saw the quality I could see why it costs as much as it did and now its "almost" under priced

This is a fantastic loft ladder

Review this product...

3 part timber 'Z' type. (See below for extension piece). Large safe and comfortable grooved steps (340mm x 80mm)

Max ceiling height 2.81m(shorter is no problem!). Hatch size 1130 x 550mm x 140mm deep. Loading 150kg. ALSO there is an extension kit that makes the maximum floor to ceiling height up to 3.51m, available at the checkout

Made from solid spruce - FSC & PEFC certified

Handrail included at no extra charge

20mm thick insulated trap door

It is usually neccesary to have to elongate the loft opening.

Extra Options:
Loft ladder up to 2.81m floor to ceiling
Loft ladder AND extension up to 3.51m floor to ceiling (+£54.05)
